A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll move your web site(s) to our top–class cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can result in lost data and undesired downtime. That’s why we will accomplish all that for you at no cost!We’ve got trained administrators whose principal task is to make sure that your site functions exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise ETA, since there are plenty of factors, among them the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to move your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the website content is not large).

A: We do not require any information that is sensitive. We will require, however, the login info for your old hosting account along with the name of the site that you’d like to move.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share basically the same info you have given to your present hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how delicate information is used.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. When the migration is complete, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not affected prior to notifying you that the migration is completed. After that, we will instruct you how to transfer the domain name to your web hosting account with us and how to change the DNS records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven hosting platform given that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only websites that we can’t transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
